At The Sleep Room, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to customers worldwide every day and aim to offer the highest level of reliability.

Orders may be shipped from one of our international warehouses, including facilities in North America, Europe, or Asia, depending on product availability and your location.

We perform weekly inventory and quality checks to ensure you receive only top-quality products.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via trusted couriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or your local postal service, depending on your location. All orders are shipped using express delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 4–9 business days (depending on location)

Please note that delivery estimates exclude weekends, holidays, and courier-related delays.
During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

Shipping times may vary based on customs clearance procedures in your country.

Most orders are not subject to customs or import duties, especially within the U.S. However, in rare cases, your local customs authority may apply additional fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.

By placing an order, you authorize The Sleep Room or its logistics partners to handle the import process on your behalf, including the delegation of customs clearance to a third party when necessary.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 2–5 days after shipment.
👉 Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the tracking email.

Multiple Shipments

To optimize delivery speed and efficiency, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.

Returns & Failed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected, it may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Refunds (minus original shipping costs) will only be issued once the returned item has reached our warehouse.

For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items otherwise.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible if the shipping address is entered incorrectly at checkout. Please double-check your billing and shipping details before confirming your order.

If an error is reported within 6 hours of placing the order, we may be able to adjust it. If the order has already shipped, we will do our best to assist. If the package is returned to our warehouse, a refund will be issued (excluding return shipping charges).

Shipping Charges

We are not responsible for shipping or customs charges once items have been shipped. By purchasing, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped and may be subject to customs duties in your country.

Tracking Information

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. (Check your spam folder if needed.)

My Tracking Says “No Information Available.”

Some couriers require 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear. If more than 5 business days have passed and no information is available, please contact us.

Will My Items Arrive in One Package?

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped separately, even if combined shipping was requested.

Can I Cancel an Order?

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it with no penalty. If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel, simply send us an email with the subject line “CANCELLATION.”
